Formatting my book to put it in e-pub London

I made a book of about 200 pages with Open Office. I planned the presentation but I did not respect the formatting. Result: when I want to put it in e-pub the result is zero and the many photos appear anyhow.

I am looking for a graphic designer for these missions:

- C according to the rules
- book layout with automatic page numbering, table of contents and clickable words
- possibly conversion to e-pub and kindle.

The book has 35048 words and 237580 characters and about fifty photos (some tables also).

Could you give me a quote and tell me the time frame to do it.

What would be the price?
